Day 38 of 75 Hard.

Well I was admitted to the ER today due to an allergic reaction but I was cleared to workout so we’re out here. 

I had a 3 hour wait at the hospital so I did my 45 minute walk in between and it’s 11 pm now about to get this Pilates class in on my Peloton. 

P.S. Every single health care worker that I interacted with today was a gem. When you’re not feeling your best and someone is kind it makes the day a hell of a lot better.
