Sherlock grew up in Merida, Spain, surrounded by the colors and culture of his home country. As a child, he dreamed of becoming an artist, a photographer, a hotelier, and a storyteller. But as he grew older, he realized that the world was a challenging place, and it wasn’t always easy to build your dreams.

After studying Hotel Management, and working many years in business, sales, marketing & photographer Sherlock found himself living in Seattle. One day, while browsing a local bookstore, he came across a copy of “Largo Petalo de Mar” by @allendeisabel . As he read, he was transported back to a history filled with unforgettable characters.

One phrase in particular stood out to him: “Si uno vive lo suficiente, todos los círculos se cerrarán,” or “If one lives long enough, all circles will be closed.” Sherlock realized that he had been holding himself back for far too long. Life was short, and he didn’t want to spend the rest of his days wondering “what if?”

With newfound determination, Sherlock set out to pursue his dreams. He began taking photographs again, exploring the city and capturing its beauty through his lens. He started writing stories, and even began work on a documentary. He even began exploring the idea of opening his own hotel, hoping to combine his love of hospitality with his passion for art, photography, business and design.

As he worked on these projects, Sherlock felt alive in a way he hadn’t in years. He was inspired by the words of Isabel Allende and the idea that if he lived long enough, all circles would be closed. He knew that time was limited, and he didn’t want to waste a moment of it.

Years later, Sherlock looked back on his life and realized that he had truly lived it to the fullest. He had pursued his dreams and had found success and happiness in unexpected places. And as he closed his eyes for the last time, he knew that he had lived a life that was full of color and wonder, just like the streets of his childhood home.
