📌 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

🍗 Chicken (boneless thigh or breast) – 300g, cut into 1-inch cubes

🌶 Bell peppers (red, yellow, green) – 2 medium, cut into 1-inch pieces

🧅 Onion – 1 large, cut into chunks (optional, adds sweetness)

🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp

🧂 Salt – ½ tsp

⚫ Black pepper – ½ tsp

🌶 Smoked paprika – 1 tsp (or paprika + pinch of cumin)

🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced (or garlic powder 1 tsp)

🍯 Honey – 1 tbsp (sticky shine)

🥢 Soy sauce – 1 tsp (depth of flavor)

🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
