## Caption

Like most of us during this time, I've been in need of encouragement. 
I've been reflecting, reading the Bible, writing, and praying...and reflecting, and praying even more, desperately seeking answers and wisdom.

It took me back to reflections about what it means to know that despite what any "enemy", force, circumstance, or situation may say or present, "YOU (a child of GOD) is deserving of wellness, wholeness and healing! 

It took me to reflections of recognizing that no matter our current circumstance or challenge, our truths/experiences with loving self-awareness and kind intention can be used to transform OURSELVES and others! 

It made me think of words I shared earlier last year when I was honored by my dear friend @iamjoibrown and her board and community with the @theculturecreators  Award in the Health & Wellness Category...we ALL (especially those who have tarried and carried for so long) deserve to BE WELL! 

While many of us are heavy right now with and by grievances uneasy to process, I say this:
•Rest NOW
•DO NOT overconsume what isn't good for your mind or spirit!
•Nestle in where there is peace, love, and healing energy! Restore, heal, and TRANSFORM!

And with that, l hope the words I shared on June 28, 2024 resonate with you as much as the below scripture reminds you..."NO MAN in the world..." be a vessel for good! 

Genesis 50:20 MSG
"Joseph replied, “Don’t be afraid. Do I act for God? Don’t you see, you planned evil against me but God used those same plans for my good, as you see all around you right now—life for many people. Easy now, you have nothing to fear; I’ll take care of you and your children.” He reassured them, speaking with them heart-to-heart."
