On early Friday AM, after a 24 hour turnaround trip home to NJ, I reminded myself and the most impressive second cohort of 25 #BlackWomen @wearelwd #Risingleaders why they/I/we and women who have done so much deserve rest.

I'm grateful for the blessing and calling to lead, serve, learn, share and practice "wellness" aka LYFE with and for us and all who seek what we/they deserve.
