@morningmindsetwithtai The Hike + Experience will descend upon my homeland of #EssexCounty #NewJersey for a powerful celebration of education, wellness, community and and elevation!

As a proud member of @pacsnwkpress Friends of Board, I am honored and so excited to host our first ever  #MMWTExp on the East Coast to raise awareness and gather friends old and new to learn about the incredible work Philip's Academy Newark is doing to support the total wellness of its students, parents, and the #Newark Community as a whole! 

Thank you @growingupsportskids @mychloeelease Amy Jo and the entire PACs team for your visionary leadership and teaching our children the importance of wellness in all forms!
