My cup runneth over! 

This weekend was epic.

As I prepared to honor and be honored by @theculturecreators this past weekend, I reflected on what inspired the creation of @morningmindsetwithtai 4 years ago and how the online community I created has spawned into a wellness movement. 

It began with a renewed desire to start my day with intention. I am forever humbled by the fact that in sharing my truth, others discovered new truths and inspiration to live more fully. 

For every warm embrace I received this weekend, to every reminder from people I had just met or knew how @morningmindsetwithtai impacted or "saved" their lives during the pandemic, I heard you! I celebrate you! Thank you! To every team member, friend, partner, sponsor, and attendee who has found value in @morningmindsetwithtai...thank you! 

Thank you again @iamjoibrown and the Advisory Board for this honor. We deserve wellness! 

To every honoree, congratulations! To my friend and sister of 20+ years, your intro was everything! Thank you @iamnicolefriday for being as solid as they come. 🙏🏾

I dedicate this award to My Mom and My Mary and every Black and Brown woman who has ever felt unwell but kept going. Here's to our healing and wholeness and those who support it.
