A conference of more than 400 Boss Women 💃🏼💃🏽🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏿‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️💁🏾‍♀️. Congrats to my @spelman_college sister @laurenwesleywilson for creating such a necessary space! 💙💙

Thank you to my incredible partners at @victoriassecret for inviting me to moderate a panel on understanding influence in the Boardroom and beyond at the 9th Annual @colorcomm conference at the @beverlyhilton last week. Victoria's Secret's Chief Diversity Officer Lydia Smith, Board Member Jackie Hernandez and I explored the importance of recognizing your superpower, how to leverage your voice, build relationships, in order to not only influence but impact your organization.
 
With a Board of Directors that is majority women, VS&Co is not only leading the way as a brand that supports women in leadership but is a brand that is helping to shepard the next generation of diverse leaders.
