❤️CLOSED!!! And this one is special❤️

Story-time: Mr. Derrick and Cassandra just moved all the way from Colorado to Georgia to be closer to their daughter Koy and their son-in-love Phil…who trusted me to help them buy their home a little over a year ago. And when the family calls you again…you already know that means we did something right the first time!

So when they said they were ready to make the move to Georgia, we got to work and found the PERFECT home in a beautiful 55+ community inside Château Élan.

And let me tell you…this community is a whole vibe.

🟢 Manicured lawns everywhere
🟢 Pickleball courts and active living
🟢 Social events and activities happening all the time
🟢 Beautiful homes and peaceful streets
🟢 A community where neighbors actually connect

This was one of those smooth, fun deals. We picked the lot, watched the home get built step by step, and now here we are celebrating closing day and a brand new Georgia chapter.

And the location? Absolutely perfect.
