First of all… do you see these SMILES?! 🥹

This closing felt like family. We were laughing, eating, popping champagne, and just soaking in the moment. The kind of closing you never want to end.

Some of my absolute favorite clients have officially SOLD their home and are heading back to Kansas… and babyyyy, I’m really going to miss them.

Here’s the full circle moment…
I helped them BUY this home when the market was crazyyy multiple offers, bidding wars, stress on 1000. They had just relocated for their hospital jobs and only had one request:

And what did we find?
