Here’s what I do to keep myself market ready: I work on new certifications and make sure the ones I already have stay up to date. Even when life feels uncertain, skilling up gives you a cushion for when things shift because opportunities don’t always come when you expect them, but you’ll want to be ready when they do. 

At the same time, there’s the balance of focusing on what’s right in front of you, caregiving, responsibilities, just trying to keep it all moving while not neglecting yourself in the process. 💭
