OMGGGGGG 🥹🏡✨ SHE BOUGHT A HOUSEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!

Y’all when I tell you this one means SO much to me… it’s because me and my girl Shaquila quila.brown have been working on this for OVER A YEAR to make homeownership happen! And this time around?? BABYYYY it was smooth, it was aligned, it was FAVOR… it was giving “everything just lined up” 😮‍💨👏🏾

She’s a retired veteran (YES MA’AM 🇺🇸💙) and she came to the closing table like a BOSS…

✅ NO money down 
✅ AND walked away with money back 💰
✅ Got the location she wanted (because she was NOT playing about Gwinnett 😍)
