CLOSED 🏡✨GOD DONT PLAY ABOUT US! On This deal he showed up for us daily reminding us! 

THE CLOSING THAT ALMOST TOOK US ALL OUT… BUT WE GOT IT DONE.

Y’all… I can’t remember the last time I was under contract for almost a YEAR — until THIS deal. If it could go wrong… it absolutely tried to.

Just 1–2 weeks before closing, the city issued a stop order 😮‍💨
The builder had to remove the siding and replace it with all brick.
Boom. Chaos.

Did we panic? Nope.
I negotiated major concessions for my clients. Win? Yes… but wait 😩

When it was finally time to close…
💥 Student loan restructuring tried to take us ALL the way out.
That’s when my girl from Southeast stepped in and helped save the deal.

And TODAY… WE CLOSED. 🎉
