A lot of tragedy struck last week, honestly I’ve been wrecked ever since the murder of Charlie Kirk, just 20 minutes from where I live here in UT & 10 minutes from where I was working that day.. CK was 31, turning 32 next month.. born the same year I was. 

There was also a school shooting in Evergreen, CO that same day, which was close to where I used to live in CO. 

I’m not trying to make it about me, but these acts of brutality and evil are getting closer and closer to home.. since school has been back in session for the youth of our nation, how many horrific acts have been committed? 

In times of pure evil, true HOPE can only be found in our Lord & Savior. ✝️🙏🏼 I find rest, grace, redemption, and joy only in his arms. 

Christians, now more than ever it’s time to stand up for your beliefs. We live in a world that wants to silence them, silence the men & women who spread the Gospel. CK led BY EXAMPLE & showed us that we can HATE THE SIN but LOVE THE SINNER. Jesus calls us to pray for our neighbors AND our enemies. 

Americans, now more than ever our freedom of speech has been violated and challenged, we need to stand up for free speech, for open debate of people of all differing opinions and beliefs. We all must stand against people who want to hurt people due to their own personal beliefs and mental health crises. No one should be killed for being a democrat or republican. No one should be killed because they’re Christian and stand firm in those beliefs.
