Been awhile, I know. 
I was at a leadership conference a couple weeks ago, and one of the speakers stated, “Social Media is the new cigarettes…. We seek it out when we’re bored, when we have a free minute,etc. We know it’s bad for us and we do it anyway.” 

I removed the app from my phone for a bit. 
Trying to find a better balance. Love you guys. Love sharing bits from my life- especially the health and fitness. However I want to be in real life as much as I can. Being present has been a real goal for this year. 
Anywho here’s scenes from today’s workout. Been getting over a nasty cold, so didn’t do too much today. Hope you’re feeling loved. 💋
