What’s cooler than being cool? ICE COLD!!!

Had my first Cryo-therapy session at @rhw_meyerland today! Chloe was so kind and gave me alll the instructions to make this first go a success. You get to listen to music so the session goes by faster! It was cold, but bearable. And I’m a big baby, so if I can do it, YOU CAN! 
Cannot wait to go back and make this  part of my recovery routine. Cryotherapy is said to help with issues like:
•Asthma
•Alzheimer’s disease
•Anxiety
•Chronic pain and fibromyalgia
•Depression
•Migraines
•Multiple sclerosis
•Different types of arthritis‌
•Inflammation

10/10 highly recommend checking out @restorehyperwellness - they have multiple locations in the Houston area. Great concept with a ton of wellness services to optimize sleep, recovery and defy the signs of aging. So glad I found this place!
