Love to get movement in with my kids. Grateful to enjoy time with family and slow down even if just a little. Hope you’re having a beautiful 4th of July and feeling loved. 
I found myself asking “Is this allowed? Am I allowed to be having this much fun? To be this happy? To feel more and more healed everyday?”
