MY MILKSHAKE BRINGS ALL THE BOYS 
TO THE YARD

I literally make this shake every night as my treat to myself. Without the banana it’s 90 calories and 25 grams protein! 
Here’s the breakdown:
12 ice cubes
1 cup water
1 Chocolate Protein Pod
1/2 Frozen Banana

Blast it in the @nutribullet and enjoy. 
Makes me want to get French fries and dip them. Anyone else do that with Wendy’s Frostys?
