@oscarwildenyc is THE holiday bar to go to this holiday season in NYC, but did you know the history behind the very building it resides? Spoiler: it’s a doozy. 🎄

I’ve wanted to experience the magical chaos that is Oscar Wilde during the holidays for years, so when I was invited and hosted by them last week while in NYC, needless to say, I was excited. It was exactly the experience I’d hoped for, more decor than my eyes could properly take in and some of the best holiday cocktails and food I’ve had in a long time (recommendations below!) But I wasn’t expecting to find out that the building itself has a history just as fascinating, with a direct link to prohibition…..
