It’s ok, none of us do for sure, but lord knows people have their theories. What I *do* know is that the last few days of his life in Baltimore, MD, are just as, if not more, mysterious than the poems and novels he became famous for. 

It had been over a decade since Poe lived in Baltimore, and although I’m sure he would never have planned on dying there, it was a city he was closely linked to. So let’s retrace the literal (and legendary) steps of his last day at the landmarks that not only shaped his life, but are also where it ended.
