Harvard WECode: Women Engineers Code Conference | Just think there exists a place with rooms full of women (hundreds of them who can likely program in atleast 3 languages: #Python, C++, Java (but there are many more!) And they will likely specialize in fields like: Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Biotech + FinTech and more..

And they (we) actually spend our free time thinking about building #responsible, #transparent, inclusive and safe + unbiased technology. That is a future I want to live in.

To the all incredible women who gave talks, broke down a workflow, gave code walkthroughs, demonstrated technology you built, thank you.

>>> Mentor matched with Google + Databricks here are my key takeaways: Top Tech Companies are Asking this Question

“Can you create an AI workflow that makes your workflow more efficient?”

Think beyond “Can AI help me with this task?” to “Can I build an AI system that fundamentally changes how I work?”

AI workflows people are already building at top tech companies:

**RAG implementation (easy)
**n8n Agents (easy)
**Custom AI workflows (medium)
**Multi-agent systems (medium)
**Production-ready AI APIs (hard)
**Autonomous AI pipelines (hard)

The limitation isn’t the technology. It’s knowing what to automate and having the technical literacy to build those automations. This is the gap I’m trying to close with my work.
