🍵 Banana Mocha Matcha Cloud

What it is:
Iced matcha green tea topped with banana chocolate cold foam, finished with vanilla bean cream.

Recipe Breakdown

Matcha Base
	•	1 tsp matcha powder
	•	½ cup hot water (not boiling)
	•	Ice

Whisk matcha until smooth and pour over ice with your choice of milk - mine is with oat milk

Banana Chocolate Cold Foam
	•	2 ripe bananas
	•	½ cup half-and-half
	•	1–2 tbsp honey
	•	½–1 tsp cocoa chocolate powder

Blend until thick and fluffy.

Vanilla Bean Cream Finish
	•	Splash of heavy cream
	•	1 tbsp vanilla syrup (vanilla bean used here)

Assemble
	1.	Matcha over milk of choice and ice 
	2.	Banana chocolate cold foam on top
	3.	Finish with heavy cream + vanilla bean
	4.	Light stir or keep layered
