• Define the checks (how success will be verified).
• State the output (what “done” means).
• Log the evidence (what changed the conclusion).
• Save for later: restate, refine, retry.

According to Pew #Research, nearly 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. still say they don’t feel confident using digital tools on their own. The gaps are deeper across age, income, and language lines.

So when someone says “I’m not a tech person,” I try not to correct them. I get curious. What has their experience with tech been? Who showed them? Who didn’t? What felt empowering? What didn’t?
