automation feels a little like magic but it really is the magic of logic and mapping our processes. 

What is automation: 
a technique used to do/complete a task automatically. In short: You spend a little bit of time setting up rules and then those rules are followed. 

a workflow is guided by a few simple statements: 
when ••> if ••> do 

When this happens ••> check if ••> and then do this 
(and you can build on that!)
