I love the combination of salty Spam and sweet pineapple so these Spam and Pineapple Sliders on @kingshawaiian rolls were the perfect snack for the girls and me.  You can grill, fry, or air fry the spam and pineapple however you like! I air-fried for convenience and turned out perfect and still fit some char on the pineapple. 

I made a sauce by mixing teriyaki sauce with Kewpie mayo to add extra creaminess and fresh shredded cabbage for crunch to each bite. Add pickled jalapeños for extra kick!

Ingredients:
1 pack King’s Hawaiian Rolls
1 can of spam, cut into 8 slices
1 can pineapple round 
Shredded cabbage 
Furikake seasoning 
Teriyaki sauce 
Kewpie Mayo
Pickled jalapeños
