I fell in love with air frying last year, and this year @cosoricooks came out with a sleek and ultra beautiful Iconic Stainless Steel Air Fryer that I had to check out just in time for Tết, Lunar New Year.

There are so many delicious traditional Vietnamese dishes served during Tết, but my favorite is always fried bánh tét, the classic sticky rice cake wrapped in banana leaves and filled with pork and mung beans. With the Iconic Air Fryer, I can still get that crispy golden exterior and warm, soft interior with just a few spritzes of oil instead of deep frying, which makes it lighter and so easy to make at home.
