Let’s say you receive this message from a recruiter... ‘Hi [Name], I hope you are doing well! I’m [Name] from the Talent Recruiting Team at [company]  and I am reaching out because I believe that based on your background, you could be an incredible fit for [x position]  Are you interested?’”

Here are some tips to keep in mind when responding:”

·	“Respond promptly, within 24 hours”
·	“Express enthusiasm and interest”
·	“Keep it concise and professional”

Example:

“Hi [Recruiter’s Name], thanks for reaching out!
I’m very interested in this opportunity, as I have specifically been working to grow my skills in [x area] as a way to participate boldly and make an impact in a digitally connected world. Have any advice for submitting an application that stands out?”
