One of my goals in 2024 is to become a stronger researcher. For me that means: 

Understanding different research methodologies: I am studying and experimenting with different research methods (quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods) and Data Analysis: I am learning new data analysis tools, programming languages (like R or Python).
