For the second consecutive year, Mom asked for a Taco Party to celebrate her birthday with her kids, grandkids, and favorite peeps. Of course, I grilled up more than enough Carne Asada for her to splurge on.  She continues to say that taqueria carne asada just doesn’t taste as good, is so expensive, and does not compare to the  No Limit Carne Asada...Aww geez, thanks, Mom!

Alongside the Carne Asada, I also grilled Chipotle Chicken (See previous Reel for recipe), cooked pre-marinated Al Pastor, prepared Mexican-style rice, and got all the other taco party essentials for her big day.

We’re not even gonna count how many tacos we all ate, but Mom and everyone else enjoyed ourselves and were stuffed by the end of the night.

No Limit Tip: When I host Taco Parties, I like to set up the electric griddle for people to warm up their tortillas and meat,  or make quesadillas, mulitas, or whatever they like!

Ingredients:
3 pounds Arracherra, Beef Flap, or Skirt steak
2 tablespoons Carne Asada Seasoning, I use Chef Merito’s
1/2 cup orange juice 
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon Maggi Seasoning or Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium yellow onion, sliced
1 handful cilantro stems

Taco Ingredients:
Corn tortillas
Chopped cilantro and onion
Lime wedges
Sliced avocado
Pico de Gallo
Salsas
Hot Sauce
Pinto Beans
