There is something super therapeutic about the sound of meat grilling over an open fire on the Weber charcoal grill, especially after a long workday. I have been craving Vietnamese style grilled pork chops, sườn heo nướng, so I fired some up and made a plate of cơm tấm broken rice with grilled pork chops.

For this easy grilled pork chop recipe, I used my sweet and savory marinade that does not use lemongrass. This is perfect for anyone who does not care for lemongrass but still wants those bold Vietnamese flavors. I finely minced garlic, shallots, and the white part of green onions for the aromatics and it tastes amazing.

Once the pork chops come off the grill, build your rice plate and enjoy it any way you like. Cooking like this is relaxing and takes the stress off the day, and the meal always hits the spot.#friendsofweber
