## Caption

This citrusy, flavor-packed carnitas recipe is one of the first recipes I learned on my No Limit Cooking journey back in 2011. It didn’t require lard and I broiled it at the end to crisp it up. So delicious, addictive, and easy to make, and have been a family favorite recipe for as long as I remember.
