After a week that felt like an endless circuit of meetings, deadlines, and tab-switching marathons, Friday night finally showed up like the checkered flag I didn’t know I was craving. I logged out of work, but my soul needed more than rest it needed velocity. So I booked a one-way ride to the big screen, treating myself to the F1 movie, and let the weekend roar into gear.

Why this film? Three reasons.

Cognizant, my professional home for 12 years isn’t just a tech name in this world; we’re the Global Technology Services Partner of the Aston Martin F1 Team. Watching the movie felt like a surreal crossover seeing the speed I support flash across the screen in full cinematic glory.
Brad Pitt. Charisma behind the wheel, grit in every frame. The man could deliver a monologue next to a fuel tank and still make me tear up.
And honestly? I’ve always been a car girl. F1 lives somewhere between nostalgia and identity for me those roaring engines and sharp turns echo something deeper.

Now for the film itself. F1 didn’t just rev its engines it charged straight for my chest. It was gripping, yes but also profoundly soulful. The stakes weren’t just about podium finishes; they were about the human collisions underneath the helmets. Every scene felt like legacy stitched to heartbreak, ambition wrapped in carbon fiber.

Brad brought a gravity to the role that mirrored the pull of dreams we chase even when the track gets blurry. He wasn’t playing a driver he was channeling the exhaustion, hope, and madness that come with loving something faster than logic.

By the end, I wasn’t cheering I was quiet. Thinking. Moved in that rare way only great films manage. F1 didn’t race past me it stayed.
It reminded me that sometimes speed isn’t escape its expression. And some stories don’t just rev they resonate.

From Cognizant dashboards to cinematic drive lines F1 hit harder than deadlines. Revved, wrecked, restored. #f1 #formula1 #cognizant
