Congratulations to me on my 10 years of work! In 10 years, I have realized how privileged I am to be here. Like any other employee, there are some things that I’ve done very well and some frustrating inefficiencies that are baffling. But when I take one look at the overall performance and you will see that, in the areas where it counts, I feel, I made all the right decisions in the past few years. Truthfully, I never thought I’d be here 10 years. Working here, I have accomplished a lot. Working here, I have seen how hard work can lead to serious accomplishments. To thrive, patience and grit are needed, and that’s something I found in this company. I am so grateful to God for His grace that has been sufficient for me in these 10 years of my career with Cognizant. A big thank you to everyone - my bosses, colleagues and clients who contributed to my successful career over the years, and a bigger thank you to Cognizant for the opportunity to be a part of something great.
