## Caption

Have I saved probably 100 different “audios” to make a year end review reel???…YES….will I make one?…maybe but probably not.

While it’s good/fun to reflect on your successes…and sometimes the losses…I’ve been working HARD this year to stay in “the present moment” as much as possible. 

Do I have things I would like to accomplish in 2023?!? OF COURSE and I’m stoked for things I have planned! But will I set a resolution? Absolutely not. Will I set goals….absolutely! Will I dwell on them?!? I don’t think so! That was not the case just a few years ago! Anxiety & fear of the future has had a HARD grip on me most of my life….until now! ☺️

One of my favorite quotes is:
“If you want to feel sad, live in the past…
If you want to feel anxious, live in the future…
If you want to feel peaceful, live in the now”

So that’s what I’m doing…I’m continuing to strive to live a peaceful life one minute at a time (and I also like to say one cast at a time). 

Instead of highlight reel of 2022….I’m going to post what is currently making me happy! Yesterday I caught my last fish of 2022…I’m also pretty certain it may be my new PB trout…not sure because I never measure them! 

You guys really seemed to enjoy this video when I posted it on my story…it had to have a spot on my page! My last post of 2022! I hope the excitement I get with every single fish never gets old!!!!!
