Introducing the incredibly VIRAL Lazy Kebab Rolls.

These are crispy, juicy, flavor-packed little rolls that taste like your favorite kebab shop… but made right in your oven. 

I used @karoundairies for the Labneh Tzatziki (which they also sell!!!). 

Thin lavash bread (in this video, you’ll see me using wraps because that’s what I already had at home, and I’m all about limiting food waste, and this works with both wraps and lavash) is layered with a spiced meat mixture, rolled up, sliced into pinwheels, and baked until golden and crunchy on the outside while staying tender and juicy on the inside. 

NOTE: the wraps I had at home were lager for Breakfast Burriots, to get a thicker meat layer, use a smaller wrap/the smaller lavash bread with the same amount of meat. You can also make fewer rolls, and just adding more meat! It’s up to you! 

Simple ingredients, big flavor, and honestly one of the most fun ways to eat kebabs.

What I love most about this recipe is how easy it is to serve. Whether it’s a family dinner, game night, or you’re having people over, these little pinwheels come out looking impressive but require minimal effort. Just roll, slice, bake, and watch them disappear from the tray.

They’re also perfect with all the extras — a cool garlic yogurt sauce, fresh herbs, maybe a little salad on the side. Crispy, savory, and incredibly satisfying.

Don’t confuse the simplicity with laziness… these rolls are seriously addictive and will absolutely become a repeat recipe.
