Is your chicken still frozen? Problem solved.

This is one of my most viral videos from 2025, so I figured it needed a reshare (I know, it’s winter)! Don’t worry about using a BBQ, this works fine at on the stove-top in a pan or grill!

Slice it thin, toss it in a quick marinade (pssst @spiceology honey granules are insane and a must try) and let it thaw while the grill heats.

Brush with herby, buttery Parm sauce—and boom, dinner’s saved.
