Growing up, we served cutlets at my family’s restaurant at least twice a week. They were warm, comforting, and just indulgent enough to feel like a treat. Today’s version brings that same nostalgia, just elevated. Thinly pounded steaks get seasoned, coated in finely ground @cawalnuts and fried until golden and shatter-crisp on the outside while staying tender inside. @cawalnuts  modernize this holiday classic with a savory, contemporary twist that adds depth, crunch, and a rich, toasty flavor that feels both festive and fresh.
