When you roast aubergine and then wrap it in aromatic ground beef, and cheese and then bake with potatoes and serve it with a tomato sauce and zesty yogurt something dramatic happens and @onurwoodart made it look so good I just had to try it myself! Wow!

Today we’re making a Turkish delicacy! Since eggplant is the most disliked nightshade, I knew I needed to get creative with this unfortunately underrated veggie! The beef exterior consists of high quality ground beef, lots of my families olive oil, salt, pepper, grated onion, and spices. Once the eggplant is super jammy, I coated it with the beef and cheese and baked it till it’s caramelized, sweet and juicy. When you serve it with the warming tomato sauce, the beef soaks up every bit of flavour.
