The internet went wild for my juicy chicken, so I thought, “Why not go even bigger?” Move over, @CAVA—it’s time to make the ultimate edible Greek chicken pita bowl. 

Here’s the deal: I marinate my chicken in all the good stuff—garlic, @diamondcrystalsalt, pepper, rigani, full-fat Greek yogurt (because why skimp?), and a generous pour of my family’s liquid gold: olive oil. Once it’s all had a chance to mingle, I stack the chicken high on a vertical skewer.

Don’t forget to toss a cut onion on top of the stack to keep that chicken juicy and prevent burning! Now, for the edible pita bowl, I just bake it in a cake tin—yep, a cake tin. No fancy tools necessary, just good food! Then, I load it up with all the fresh essentials: lettuce, @wholesumharvest cucumber + tomatoes, chickpeas, pickled onions, tzatzik, garlic sauce, feta, and @mezzetta olives. This combo will have you eating like a Greek god all week long! 

When you think Greek food, you probably picture those iconic Greek Chicken Gyros. Vendors line the streets in Greece with their vertical rotisseries, ready to make the most mouthwatering wraps and bowls. So why not take that juicy, tender gyro chicken and turn it into a bowl for meal prep?
