When I stumbled upon @partiureceber Fig Carpaccio with Prosciutto I just KNEW I needed to try this with baked feta and white honey balsamic vinegar!

Here’s the thing about me…. I grew up on figs every summer growing up in Greece. AND While YOUR family was busy sightseeing historic landmarks in Greece MY FAMILY was STUFFED in a 5 seater car with 8 of us looking over a dodgy cliff top you can’t wait to hear this one.

So, When I say my family would literally die for figs, I’m not joking! Let me paint a picture for you. Imagine the Koutsogiannis family (and then some) on a busy road surrounded by clifftops. Father Koutsogiannis pulls over to the nearest edge of said cliff top, runs across traffic to get onto private property and steals their figs! I can promise you I didn’t steal these figs, but you will be willing to climb mountains for this one!
