Move over, Olive Garden. This creamy spinach and mushroom Gnocchi Soup is about to put you out of business ;) It’s so buttery and flavorful I don’t even know where to start. This recipe was originally a vegan recipe of mine that I adapted with some chicken and regular cream or milk!
