It’s been 365 days since my life changed forever.
One year with my new kidney. My second transplant. My second chance.

The first was from my brother, who gave me 10 beautiful years.
This one… has given me freedom I forgot I was allowed to feel.

✨ I swam again for the first time in 6 years.
✨ I celebrated my first birthday not tethered to a dialysis machine.
✨ I drank aguas frescas under the sun at a pop-up without counting ounces.
✨ I set up my canopy with my mom, tired but proud.
✨ I met you… our Owa Owa familia who supports me, my mom, my dogs, and my dream.

It hasn’t been easy. My body and scars carries every battle. But I’m here.
I’m living. I’m creating. I’m healing.

And I’m just getting started. 💛
