Butterflies in your tummy? 🦋

Having this feeling of butterflies in my tummy constantly isn’t really the best thing but it was so normal for me that I never questioned it! 

Whenever I was happy, excited or SCARED! 

It’s the worst when I was scared and didn’t speak up or wasn’t turning up for myself.

How did it take me most of my life to figure that this feeling wasn’t normal? Well as they say the first step is realisation and I’m so happy I crossed that.
