Are you an overthinker like me - I realised I use this as a coping mechanism to feel in control - well more like an illusion of control! 

Catastrophising comes from the belief that by imagining what might go wrong, we’re better able to protect ourselves from harm 

Journaling and Deep Breathing is what’s helped me the most!
