Yesterday I took myself on a little solo date to see Send Help and I really enjoyed it, it was a fun watch! 🤭

After chatting to my wonderful community, I’m hoping to turn this into a little solo date mini-series. I’ll take you along as I do activities by myself and hopefully inspire or encourage someone to step out of their comfort zone 🥹

Going out alone used to be really scary for me. I was so worried about what someone would think of me, but (I’m about to overshare) after dealing with the end of a relationship that absolutely broke me (many years ago), I learned to be independent and found it freeing to find comfort and enjoyment in my own company. 

I just want you all to know that it’s more than okay to go out and do things alone. See that movie, do that class, go to that cafe!
