Feeling major whip lash with this weather in nyc because I’m back to freezing lol. But let’s go get Tibetan food!! I got the Lhasa Liang fen which is a cold mung bean noodle. I asked the server what else she recommends because I wanted to branch out beyond the momos I always order when I eat Tibetan food. She suggested the gyuma which is blood sausage and this was soo good. Heavily seasoned with spices like cumin and chili powder!
