## Caption

I was so surprised at how easy coffee syrup is to make. I like the idea of bypassing the preservatives found in store bought syrups and making whatever flavor I like.  The decanters from @apartment.1101 are perfect to house my syrups. 

Salted Caramel 
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cups of water 
1 tsp sea salt
Cook sugar in a saucepan until it caramelizes
Add water to sugar & stir until they emulsify
Add salt & stir
Let cool then bottle
