I never expected a vulnerable moment to define the start of my career.

Years ago, I shared a video where I said, honestly, I didn’t feel “smart enough, pretty enough, or thin enough” to lead. That video went viral (over 66 million views!) and changed everything.

That moment helped launch A Moment of Magic, now a national nonprofit reaching over 150,000 children with creative programming and mental health support.

It also taught me this:
Real leadership doesn’t come from having all the answers. It comes from showing up fully, even, and especially, when it’s uncomfortable.

The most meaningful work often starts with a moment of doubt… and the decision to move forward anyway.
