New shenjian bao in Richmond!!! This is a restaurant chain from Shanghai and this is their first location in North America!! 

I provided some options if you want to eat these foods in NYC too! I would say the NWM shenjian bao are also really good. The duck vermicelli soup was better at this spot thooo
