The math on how much we need to buy a home in Seattle is truly SHOCKING! 🤯

The 7% interest rate has made the amount of money we would need to save for a down payment significantly higher (over $300K) to afford the same monthly mortgage payment & HOAs (of $2.9K) we currently have on our condo. 

We are hoping over time interest rates can lower and we can increase our income significantly within the next 4 years to meet this goal. Otherwise we will probably have to look at buying at a different area altogether.
